Arte: Does Europe have a gambling problem?

Online casinos, sports betting, and gaming are drawing in more and more players. Advertising is everywhere, especially on smartphones, meaning you can gamble anytime, anywhere. But for many, the promise of quick money turns into hardship. As gambling addiction grows into a serious public health concern, ARTE Europe Weekly investigates: Who's affected?
